(Glenwood) The Glenwood Police Department is reporting the theft of eight American flags.
Five were taken from Loess Hills Funeral Home on May 31st. The Glenwood Fire Department had one American flag and one Iowa flag taken on May 31st. Two more American flags were stolen from the Glenwood Library on Tuesday.
The Police Department reports three arrests from the holiday weekend. 30-year-old Cody Perez, of Omaha, is charged with Fugitive from Justice, 33-year-old Christopher Carbis, of Glenwood, is charged with OWI 2nd Offense, and 27-year-old Edward Parrott, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on a warrant for Domestic Assault.
