(Des Moines, IA) — An arrest warrant has been issued for a 26-year-old Cedar Rapids man accused of shooting two women. The victims weren’t the targets when police say Neil Darrell Clark fired a shot inside a Des Moines bar April 26th. He’s wanted on charges of attempted murder and willful injury. Police say they have information that Clark isn’t in Iowa any longer. Clark and the intended victim had been involved in a fight inside Shag’s Bar in downtown Des Moines. As he was leaving, witnesses say he pulled out a gun and fired one shot. It missed the target but hit the two women who weren’t involved.
