(Missouri Valley) The Atlantic girls’ soccer team extends their record to 2-0 with a 4-0 shutout over Missouri Valley on Tuesday. The Atlantic boy’s evened their record at 1-1 with a 7-2 win over the Big Red.
In the boy’s contest, Beau Dickerson led the Trojans with four goals and two assists, Lee Houser netted a goal and two assists, Ethan Williams scored once and one assist, Nolan Probanz scored once, and Jayden Ford aided the cause with two assists, and Ethan Williams had 7 saves.
In the girl’s contest, Jada Jensen scored twice, and Lindley Eblen and Mattie Dvorak each scored one goal. Jensen had one assist, Quinn Grubbs one assist, and Maycie Waters also posted an assist for the Trojans.
The Atlantic boys’ team travels to Tri-Center on Thursday. The Atlantic girl’s squad host Tri-Center on Thursday.
