(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Jose Rodriquez, 31, was arrested on Sunday for Reckless Driving. A Deputy attempted to stop a black passenger car with no plates traveling at a high rate of speed on Kanesville westbound. The vehicle attempted to elude for a short time, but was later located with the assistance of Council Bluffs Police officers. Rodriquez and a female passenger were also arrested for warrants and driving offenses. The car was towed and a small dog was taken into protective custody.
Brock Allen Knop, 44, was arrested on Sunday while Deputies, along with an Iowa DHS Investigator, were at home on 410th Street near Hancock in reference to a follow up being conducted by the Iowa DHS. It was discovered that Knop was in the presence of a woman while at the residence in violation of protective orders from Tennessee and Iowa.
Jonathon Holtz, 51, was arrested following a traffic stop at 362nd and Tamarack near Shelby on Monday. Holtz was charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.
