(Anita) The CAM Education Association presented their opening proposal for contract negotiations at Monday’s CAM School Board meeting.
CAM Shared Schools Superintendent Paul Croghan says the contract negotiations started with a joint statement.
Croghan says the board and the Education Association practice interest-based bargaining. He says both sides lay all of their cards on the table. He says it’s not adversarial, and they work together to develop a best-case scenario for both the district and the educators.
