(Shenandoah) A Hamburg woman was arrested for Operating Without a Valid Driver’s License in Page County. The Page County Sheriff’s Office says 52-year-old Juli Christin Milburn was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday during a traffic stop near the intersection of Highway 2 and Anna Crose, just south of Shenandoah. Milburn was transported to the Page County Jail where she posted $491.25 bond and was released pending further court appearances.
