(Red Oak) A Pottawattamie County man was arrested by the Red Oak Police Department on Wednesday evening.
According to the report, 48-year-old Joel John Pogge, of Council Bluffs, is charged with Driving With a Denied/Revoked License-OWI.
He was stopped at the intersection of US Highway 34 and Evergreen. Pogge was held on $1,000 bond.
