(Atlantic) Community members, friends, and family gathered on Tuesday night at the Trojan Bowl to show their support for classmate Steele McLaren who suffered a serious head injury in an accident on Sunday afternoon. The scoreboard lights displayed Steele’s football jersey number 32, and following the ceremony, the attendees formed hashtag-32 in honor of their classmate and teammate.

Steele’s family was in attendance, and Dustin, Steele’s father, expressed his gratitude for the outpouring of support locally and around the country.
Everyone was invited to bring their phone to light prayer for Steele and his family, along with a donation box with the proceeds going into account for the family at Rolling Hills Bank and Trust.
