(Greenfield) Nodaway Valley defended their home course in boys cross country. Toby Bower, Doug Berg, and Ben Breheny led the Wolverines.
They scored 39 points for a convincing win. The next nearest team was Tri-Center with 79 points.
Toby Bower clocked a 17:55 to take 2nd, Doug Berg was 3rd, and Ben Breheny ran 5th. The team’s next three runners came in a pack. Gavin Shoemaker placed 16th, Jevin Christensen 17th, and Malachi Broers 18th.
Randy Jimenez, of SE Warren, was the individual champion in a time of 17:00.
