(Creston) Creston Police investigate one incident of theft and an OWI arrest.
Police arrested 65-year old Hal Stewart, of Lenox early this morning on Highway 34 and New York Avenue for 1st Offense OWI. Authorities released Stewart from the Union County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
Ron Piel on Tuesday reported to Police that sometime between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m., someone entered his garage, and the vehicle parked inside and stole documents pertaining to the vehicle, a pair of sunglasses, and a car phone mount. The loss is estimated at $400.00.
