(Madison County) A Winterset man died in a single-vehicle crash in Madison County.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at 2:14 a.m. this morning at 1526 Pamel Park Road. Authorities say 58-year old Rustin Wade Tuttle was killed in the crash.
According to the report, Tuttle was driving a southbound 2008 DTS Cadillac when he lost control. The car entered the west ditch, went airborne over a culvert, struck a tree, and came to rest on its passenger side.
Madison County EMS transported Rustin Tuttle to the Ankeny Medical Examiner’s Office.
