(Adair Co.) Two people were arrested on Domestic Assault charges in Adair County.
The Greenfield Police Department says Dakota Storm House, 23, and Summer Ann Barr, 20, both of Greenfield, were arrested September 6th after officers investigated a domestic incident. House and Barr were each held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
In other activity, Greenfield Police arrested Eleazar James Hoffman, 38, of Des Moines, on September 11th on a warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense. Hoffman was held on $300 cash or surety bond.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mark Aaron Hoepker, 33, of Orient, on September 6th for Driving While License Denied or Revoked and OWI 3rd Offense. Hoepker was held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.
Austin Anthony Devaney, 22, of Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, and Danielle Lynette Schultz, 22, of Forest Lake, Minnesota, were arrested September 8th after Deputies assisted with a three-vehicle accident near the 78.5 mile marker of eastbound I-80. Devaney and Schultz were charged with Controlled Substance Violation after they admitted to having marijuana in their possession. They were each held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.
The Iowa State Patrol cited Brian James Keith, 51, of Walnut, on September 8th for OWI 1st Offense.
