(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests from August 27 through August 30.
According to the press release, Deputies arrested 44-year old Richard Edward Swain, of Cumberland on August 27, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County Warrant for OWI 3rd Offense (D Felony). Officer’s booked Swain in and released him on a $5,000 bond.
Deputies arrested 28-year old Amanda Jo Skow of Marne, on August 29, on a charge of OWI 1st Offense (Serious). Authorities transported Skow to the Cass County Jail and then released her later that day on her recognizance.
Additionally, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 21-year old Logan Allen Russell, of Atlantic, on August 30, on a charge of OWI 1st Offense (Serious). Russell was taken to the Cass County Jail and released him later that day on his recognizance.
