(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports three arrests and one theft.
Police arrested 27-year old Kegan Kirscher of Lorimor on Friday afternoon on a Union County Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Driving While Barred. Authorities released Kirscher from the Union County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
Police arrested 39-Year-old Cory Sanford of Osceola, on Friday for Driving While Suspended. Authorities released Sanford from the Union County Jail on a $300.00 bond.
Police arrested 35-year old Joshua Weeks of Lorimor at the Law Enforcement Center on two Union County Warrants. One warrant is for violation probation and the other warrant for revocation of a pretrial release bond status. Weeks in being held in the Union County Jail on a $10,000 cash-only bond on the second warrant, and awaiting a bond hearing on the second violation.
In another case, Brad Isdahl of Creston reported that sometime between 1:00 a.m. to -6:00 a.m. on August 29, someone took a full-sized flag and a small flagpole from the porch of his residence. The loss is estimated at $40.00.
