(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department arrested two people on drug charges.
Andre Scott Hickson, 35, and Deona Dashae Delbridge, 21, both of Springfield, Massachusetts, were arrested following a traffic stop on August 19th. Hickson was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with child endangerment, failure to affix drug tax stamp, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession with intent to deliver. Delbridge was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to affix drug tax stamp, prohibited acts penalties and possession with intent to deliver.
Harlan Police also arrested Stormy Shaye Cole Trucke, 27, of Harlan, on August 16th on an active Shelby County warrant. Trucke was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with assault.
Troy Dakota Weelborg, 37, and Tamara Leigh Dryer, 32, both of Harlan, were arrested following a call for service on August 21st. Weelborg and Dryer were transported to the Shelby County Jail where they were both charged with violation of a no contact order.
Dalton Luis Rocha, 26, of Council Bluffs, was arrested following a traffic stop on August 23rd. Rocha was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with theft 5th.
