(Audubon) Capitol Improvement Plans were discussed during an Audubon City Council meeting on Monday.
City Clerk Joe Foran says all city departments had an opportunity to express their needs. “Each department has either submitted a report or were there last night to discuss what their needs are and any major maintenance issues that they have in each department.”
Plans are being developed to upgrade equipment. “The police department has a four-five year plan for recycling a Tahoe into a new Tahoe. I am on a five year plan with our computer system to have those cycled out. The fire department discussed their needs for a fire station right now and future needs for different equipment that needs to be either obtained or cycled out too.”
Foran says this gives the council an idea for planning on future needs.
