(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 42-year-old Jerry J. Richardson, of Essex.
Richardson was arrested following a traffic stop on Thursday. During the stop it was found that his driving privilege is Barred in the State of Iowa. He was taken into custody and charged with Driving Barred which is an aggravated Misdemeanor.
He was transported and booked into the jail where he is being held in lieu of $2,000 bond.
