Nebraska Man arrested on Alcohol-Related Charges

(Red Oak) A Nebraska man faces charges following a traffic stop in rural Montgomery County.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Braino Parra-Munoz, of North Platte at 1:00 a.m. this morning at the intersection of M Avenue and Highway 34. Parra-Munoz had a blood alcohol content of .118.

Deputies transported Parra-Munoz to the Montgomery County Jail on a charge of OWI, 1st Offense and held on a $1,000 bond.
