Montgomery County Man faces Forgery Charges

(Red Oak) A Montgomery County man faces forgery charges stemming from an incident in August of 2019.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49-year old Nobel Conn, of Villisca on Tuesday that includes additional charges of four counts of forgery, a Class D felony.

Conn is currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
