(Creston) Creston Police arrested a Union County man for assault.
According to the report, Officer’s arrested 40-year old Aaron James Riepe of Creston on Wednesday for Assault Causing Serious Injury, and 5th – Degree Criminal Mischief. Riepe posted the $5,300 cash bond and was released.
In another case; Corry Donald Johnston, 32, of Creston was arrested on an Adams County Warrant on Wednesday for failing to appear in court for driving with a revoked license. Officer’s transported Johnston to the Adams County Jail and held on no bond until seen by a Magistrate Judge.
