(Adair Co.) Two people were arrested for Eluding in Adair County.
The Stuart Police Department arrested 20-year-old Payton Allyssa Hill, of Guthrie Center, on May 24th for Eluding, Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs. She was released on her own recognizance.
The Fontanelle Police Department arrested 28-year-old Dalton James Cormeny, of Fontanelle, on May 29th for Eluding, Reckless Driving, Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana) and Domestic Abuse Assault. Cormeny was held in the Adair County Jail on $10,000 cash only bond.
