(Anita) Barry Bower will lead the CAM football program moving forward.
Bower’s hire was approved by the School Board on Monday night. He takes over for coach Joe Wollum who guided the team to seven playoff appearances since 2008 including a trip to the quarterfinals last season. CAM is coming off of an 8-3 campaign with several key personnel returning.
Bower has been in the CAM School District for the past three years and has been involved on the football staff as an assistant in various capacities. He previously served as the head coach at Red Oak and took the Tigers to the playoffs in 2013.
