(Lewis) A Griswold man was arrested following an accident on Lewis Road near Cold Springs Park Thursday afternoon.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says 36-year-old Justin John Schroder was driving a 2006 Chevy Silverado northbound on Lewis Road when the vehicle rolled into the west ditch. No injuries were reported. The damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10,000.
Upon investigation, Schroder was arrested and charged with OWI 3rd or Subsequent Offense. He was scheduled to be seen before a judge at a future date.
