(Des Moines) The Iowa Department of Public Health on Friday morning reported 49 additional positive cases of COVID-19 in RMCC Region 4. There were 36 additional positive tests in Crawford County, and 11 more positive cases in Pottawattamie County No further positive cases were confirmed in the other nine counties located in Region 4.
