(Des Moines) Salons, barbershops, and massage and tattoo establishments will reopen statewide on Friday morning in a limited fashion with appropriate public health measures in place. Governor Reynolds made the announcement on Wednesday under the following guidelines.
*Salons and barbershops can accept customers by appointment only at 50-percent maximum capacity.
*Tattoo and massage establishments can open as long as they practice increased hygiene practices, social distancing and PPE.
*Tanning facilities increased hygiene practices.
*Dental services must comply with the safe transition back-to-practice mandated on May, 2020.
*Campgrounds will only accept campers with self-contained restrooms in State Park.
*Drive-in movie theaters may open, but vehicles must be spaced at least 6-feet apart.
*Medical Spas conservation of PPE.
The following businesses and establishments remained closed:
*Adult Daycare Facilities,
*Amusements.
* Bars.
*Casinos/Gaming facilities.
*Door-to-door sales.
* Financial Institutions.
*Museums, (aquariums and zoos,).
*Playgrounds.
*Senior Citizen Centers.
