(Des Moines) The Iowa Department of Public Health on Wednesday morning reports 24 additional positive cases of COVID-19 in RMCC Region 4. There were 10 additional positive tests in Crawford County and 14 more positive cases in Pottawattamie County. No further positive cases were confirmed in the other nine counties located in Region 4.
