Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests.

Jessica Marie Rogers, 33, was arrested May 8^th after Deputies were called to a criminal mischief call on Pokamoke Lane. Rogers was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense and Reckless Driving.

Brent Joseph Burke, 23, was arrested May 10^th after Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance at Richfield Loop. Burke was charged with Criminal Mischief 5^th and Domestic Abuse Assault.
