(Red Oak) A Red Oak man was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault – Impeding Airflow, and Interference with Official Acts. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Robert Surrell was arrested Friday evening following an incident in the 2300 block of 190th Street. Surrell was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was booked and held on no bond.
