(Red Oak) A Red Oak man faces several drug possession charges.
Red Oak Police arrested 39-year old Phillip Jay Mcclish Sunday evening for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police also cited him for operating without a valid driver’s license. Authorities transported Mcclish to the Montgomery County Jail where he is held on a $1,000 bond.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Red Oak Police Department.
Police also arrested 27-year old Jonathan James Gruber of Council Bluffs early this morning on a Pottawattamie County Warrant for Failure to Appear on a 3rd-degree criminal mischief charge. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop at Bridge and Broadway Street. Officers transported Gruber to the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held on a $5,000 bond.
