(Harlan) Harlan Municipal Utilities is complying with federal and state recommendations regarding the coronavirus and has made the difficult decision to close the front office to foot traffic effective Noon today (March 17). The office will be closed through Friday, March 20th.
On Friday, HMU will assess the situation and decide whether to open next week.
Customers can still reach HMU by telephone at 755-5182 from 7:30 – 4:30 Monday thru Friday to discuss their accounts or report an outage.
Payments will be accepted online, in our drop boxes at 2412 Southwest Avenue or via mail.
HMU will still provide essential electric, gas, water and telecom services.
HMU will continue normal operations the best we can during this time.
