(Red Oak) A Red Oak man was arrested on drug charges as the result of a narcotics investigation.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 104 E Walnut Street in Red Oak at approximately 7:17 a.m. As a result of the search warrant, 59-year-old Victor Audie Stephens was taken into custody and charged with two counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine and one count of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver.
Stephens was held in the Montgomery County Jail on $30,000 cash bond. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted in the execution of the warrant by the Red Oak Police Department.
