(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Adam Paul Herzog, 40, was arrested after Deputies were called to an address on Scenic Drive for an assault. Herzog was charged with Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse.
Levi Eckert Schroder, 27, was arrested Saturday after Deputies encountered a suspicious vehicle at the Silver Valley Cemetery. Schroder was found by a tombstone and was intoxicated. He was also concealing a .45 caliber handgun on his person. Schroder was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense and Carrying Weapons While Intoxicated.
Dustin Dean Baker, 28, was arrested following a traffic stop in Crescent Friday. Baker was charged with Operating While Intoxicated First Offense.
