(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says 33-year-old Sara Batten was taken into custody in Carroll County on multiple active Montgomery County warrants.
Three warrants were for Failure to Appear for a Pretrial Conference and one warrant was for Probation Violation Theft in the 3rd Degree.
Batten was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where she was held on $6,500 bond.
