Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrests Red Oak man on warrant

(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 25-year-old Austin Hale, of Red Oak.

Hale was arrested on a warrant charging him with Probation Violation on an original charge of OWI 1st Offense. Hale was located at his residence at about 1:00 p.m. on Friday and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

He was held in lieu of $1,000 bond.
