(Atlantic) Former Vice President and Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden spoke at the Cass County Community Center in Atlantic Sunday afternoon.
Biden spoke about the need to reunite this country. He said people are hungry for a return to a sense of decency in our leadership of this country.

Audio PlayerBiden also spoke about the need to invest in renewable energy and biofuels rather than yielding to the oil companies and backing off the commitments that were made.

Joe Biden was accompanied by former Iowa Governor and former U.S. Secretary of Ag. Tom Vilsack and his wife Christie. Tom Vilsack said Joe Biden understands the power of healing and the power of hope. He said Biden has great empathy and a great heart.
