(Red Oak) Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 27-year old Dahlton Briggs, of Red Oak for disorderly conduct following an incident in the 100 block of W. Joy Street in Red Oak. Briggs was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $300.00 bond.
