(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests.
Jason Mitchell Fulk, 36, was arrested Thursday for Driving While License Suspended or Revoked and Interference with Official Acts. A Deputy patrolling in Walnut ran a check on a license plate and the registered owner of the car and possible driver was revoked for OWI related issues. Before being able to make a traffic stop, the driver put the vehicle in park in a driveway and took off running on foot. Fulk was apprehended and arrested. 21-year-old Kolby Austin Fulk was also arrested for Interference with Official Acts. Both were transported to the Pottawattamie County Jail.
Jerrell Scott Tyndall, 24, was arrested this morning following an inmate vs. inmate assault. Tyndall was charged with Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.
Shad Lee McCurley, 52, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Thursday for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Violation of Probation.
Ysabel Anne Yrigoyen, 26, was arrested Thursday for Public Intoxication.
