(Council Bluffs) Three people were arrested on Assault charges in Pottawattamie County.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says Kivin Peck, 53, of Walnut, was arrested Tuesday after Deputies were called to a disturbance. Peck was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense Causing Bodily Injury.
Daniel Scott Rouch III, 23, of Oakland, was arrested Tuesday for Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness and Public Intoxication. He was held on $1,300 bond.
Two people were arrested following a report of a domestic assault in Oakland Tuesday. Shane Elam Rouse II, 20, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense Causing Bodily Injury, Violation of Probation, and Public Intoxication. Hailey Nicole Carson, 21, of Council Bluffs, was arrested for Supplying Alcohol to Person Under Legal Age.
