(Council Bluffs) A Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Department stop of a John Deere Gator ATV on Main Street in Macedonia has resulted in an arrest. 38-year-old Adam Ray Evans was charged with OWI 1st Offense following the stop on Friday evening at the intersection of Main Street and Clayton Street.
A failed attempt to use counterfeit money at a Council Bluffs liquor store has one man in custody. 22-year-old Yardley Salomon Barthelemy was arrested Friday night at a Hy-Vee Drug Store located at 757 W. Broadway. He’s charged with forgery.
27-year-old Andrea Thramer was arrested for Trespass early Saturday morning. Thramer refused to leave the premises of the Aeroplane Inn.
34-year-old Jake Elliott Campbell was arrested Friday on valid warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, Theft 2nd, and Driving While Barred-Habitual Offender.
Tracy Wayne Maxwell, 52, and Noah Patrick Benedict, 20, each are charged with Violation of Probation and Tyler Ryan Doty faces a charge of Driving While Barred-Habitual Offender.
