(Greenfield) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office released information involving three arrests in separate incidents.
According to the report, the Iowa State Patrol arrested 19-year old Shane Michael Phillips of Burlington, Iowa on an Adair County Warrant for 1st Degree Theft. Phillips was taken to the Adair County Jail and held on $10,000 bond.
The Iowa State Patrol also arrested 29-year old Brandon Michael Luke, of Anita, on March 26, on a Cass County Warrant for a Probation Violation, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd or Subsequent Offense following a traffic stop for speeding. Authorities found a small bag of Methamphetamine in his possession. Luke was taken to the Adair County Jail and held on $5,000.00 bond.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20-year old Justice Guy Myers, of Villisca on March 26 on an Adair County Warrant for a Felony Probation Violation and 3rd Degree Harassment. He was held on no bond until he could be seen by a Magistrate Judge.
The Sheriff’s also reported that charges were dismissed for 20-year old Morgan Sebastian Lukenbill, of Adair, who was initially charged with Driving While Barred. Those charges were dismissed at his initial appearance in front of the Magistrate and he was released.
