Atl Atls Program at Prairie Rose

Test your skills with some early technology on Sunday, November 23 at 1:30 p.m. at Prairie Rose State Park. Meet in the mowed area immediately south of the entrance to the campgrounds along County Road M47.  Atl atls are spear throwers that were developed a long time ago all across the world.  It’s a basic lever that helps people throw spears further and more accurately.  Learn how to use one and then have fun throwing spears.  If it is raining, the program will be cancelled.
