Learn how puppies are trained to become police dogs

A program “Puppies to Police Dogs” will be presented on Sunday, November 16 beginning at 2 pm at the American Legion Memorial Building. Cass County Sheriff Deputies Kyle Quist and Sawyer Ocheltree and his K-9, Chase will present the program. These special working dogs have to learn to maintain composure and follow instructions even when faced with distractions or potential dangers. There is no fee to attend and everyone is welcome this Sunday, November 16 at the American Legion Memorial Building (the Armory) at 201 Poplar, Atlantic.
