Screen Strong is a national non profit company that empowers families to prevent screen addiction and reclaim their kids from problematic screen use (social media, video games, and pornography). To better understand the science and how screen time impacts the brain and behavior. Their solutions are not screen-free; rather they replace toxic screen use with healthy activities, life skill development, and family connections. The result? Strong kids. Strong families. This is a free workshop that Central Church is offering to provide tools and resources for schools, caregivers and families.
