(Red Oak) A Union County man is in custody in Montgomery County following an arrest warrant.
Deputies arrested Anthony Wasson of Creston on a Union County warrant for failing to appear on a charge of an assault of a person in certain occupations. Authorities transported Wasson to the Montgomery County Jail where he was booked in and held on a $1,000 bond.
Red Oak police assisted sheriff’s deputies at the scene.
