(Creston) Creston Police arrested a Page County man on a Union County warrant for illegal possession of drugs.
Police arrested 28-year old Brandon Haley, of Clarinda on Tuesday, at the Law Enforcement Center for failure to appear on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, 2nd offense. Authorities released Haley from the Union County Jail on a $300 bond.
Creston Police also arrested 45-year old Lance England of Creston at the Law Enforcement Center on a Union County Warrant for the charge of purchasing and possession of depiction of a minor in a sexual act, 1st offense. Authorities released England from the Union County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
In another case; Police arrested 35-year old Charlie Brown of Gravity on a sex offender registration violation. Officers released Brown from the Union County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
