Lane Spieker got the job done on the mound and at the plate. His batting stats included a home run, a single, and two RBI. His pitching numbers show 9 K’s over five innings with three hits, two walks, and two unearned runs. Colby Rich gave up no hits, no runs, one walk, and struck out four in two innings. Rich also went 3/4 with two singles and a double. Jacob Holste added a pair of singles. CAM is 9-0.
Nodaway Valley 8, East Union 2
Evan Forcht stroked a three run double. Tyler Vandewater had an RBI double. Mason Menefee and Colby Harris each had an RBI single. Additional hits came from Mason Mather, Nathan Russell, and Austin Wilson. Menefee pitched all seven innings. He gave up five hits and struck out one batter.
Earlham 12, ACGC 5
Cayden Jensen led the Chargers with three of their 13 hits. Newell Rodgers had a single and a double. Charlie Crawford had two singles and stole two bases. Earlham compiled 12 hits and 12 walks. Alex Caskey cracked two doubles for the Cardinals.
