(Crescent) A Council Bluffs man suffered critical injuries in a motorcycle accident in Pottawattamie County.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at around 6:49 p.m. Sunday in the northbound lanes of Interstate 29 near the 61A mile marker. Authorities identified the injured man as 50-year old Billy Hannan.
According to the report, a northbound 1977 Kawasaki driven by Hannan went of control while exiting the Interstate. The motorcycle left the roadway.
Crescent Rescue transported Hannan to the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
