(Red Oak) A man and a woman face assault and drug charges following an incident in Red Oak.
Police responded to the 400 block of East Market Street at around 4:09 a.m. this morning for a physical altercation. The investigation led to the arrest of 30-year old Sara Ann Billie and 27-year old Cody Dean Johnson, both of Red Oak.
Officer’s arrested Johnson for domestic assault, impeding air or blood flow. Sara Ann Billie faces charges of domestic assault, causing bodily injury and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officers transported Johnson and Billie to the Montgomery County Jail and held on no bond.
