(Red Oak) Police arrested 37-year old Risa Mae Lutton of Red Oak on Thursday in the 2300 block of N. 4th Street for Public Intoxication. Officers transported Lutton to the Montgomery County Jail. Lutton was held on a $300.00 bond.
