(Atlantic) An Atlantic man was arrested for OWI 3rd Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says 50-year-old Kevin Boyd Canter was arrested April 2nd and taken to the Cass County Jail. He was released the following day on his own recognizance.
